We are a family with a long history of passion for food and hospitality, starting our journey in Syria, where we worked for years in the restaurant industry. We later expanded into the import and export of food products from Syria, Lebanon, and Turkey, distributing the finest ingredients across Europe. Over the years, we gained extensive experience, allowing us to establish the “Baytoty” brand, offering more than 200 high-quality food products used by some of the most prominent Syrian and Lebanese supermarkets and restaurants throughout Europe. The word “Baytoty” means home-style flavor, and this inspired the idea of creating “Traiteur Mezzeway” to offer dishes characterized by authentic homemade flavors.
Today, we combine this long-standing expertise and the quality of our ingredients with the home-style Syrian cooking touch. Through “Mezzeway,” my wife and I strive to offer you dishes prepared with 100% authentic homemade Syrian flavor, taking you on a delicious journey that blends high-quality ingredients with the warm spirit of our family’s table.
